How Womenpower Works
Introducing the roles
All women can be part of the platform and provide and receive support!
You can be either a mentor – provided that you have at least five years of experience of expertise – or a mentee.
Mentor 
Has more than 5 years of experience in the workplace. Provides help and support to young women. Signs up on the platform using her real name or a pseudonym.
Mentee 
Links to a community of mentors and mentees and discusses her professional development with inspiring women privately or publicly. Signs up on the platform using her real name or a pseudonym.
Basic Steps
1. Get Involved
Passionate about issues of gender equality? Care about the empowerment of women? Become a member of Womenpower platform.

2. Receive Approval
Await approval for your status.
The Womenpower Team will review your application. You can enjoy a whole new world of inspiring stories as soon as your application is approved.
3. Ask a Mentor
Find the mentor you wish to connect, follow and ask a question through a private message.
4. Link to a community
Raise a question or share your story publicly and link to a community of women mentors and mentees!
